For all companies in the food industry it's obligated to evince through food safety system HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) that their products were stored at the correct temperature. This is possible with our data logger. You can choose on which frequency log for example every half an hour or only once a day. The data logger automatically generates a report of the retrieved data and is able to send it to a local printer to print it and deliver it in PDF format in one or more persons mailbox. This way a company can easily keep an overview of the temperatures in their cells and in case of inspection show that they have stored the product at the correct temperature.
